This app can send photos/video from your Mac to your iPhone (and vice-versa) via USB, so you dont need to connect to WiFi to transfer files. Your photos/videos will be saved to your Photos Library instantly!
InstaFile can also send files wirelessly over WiFi if you dont have the cable with you.
Your photos/videos will be transferred with original data, no compression, so the quality will be remained unchanged.
