This app is a joke

I will keep this short and to the point: I thought Id give it a try.. Ordered my things Saturday evening and selected the delivery time for the next evening between 7 and 8pm and this was confirmed.. At 8 pm I get a call from a guy who is casually telling me that there are items missing in my order.. I asked why I hadnt gotten my things in the selected time and why I was not informed of missing items or delay in delivery beforehand.. The guy was very casually giving me bogus excuses and sounded rather unserious on the phone.. I cancelled my order and told the guy I would make a complaint with the consumer protection people.. His response: sure ok mam The end

Very quick to download, sign up and order. Options to order ASAP (my earliest was 2 hours from order placement) or choose a 1-hour delivery window for a 1-time order or repeating, scheduled orders. No minimum for delivery, but very small delivery charge (2 Dh for Dubai.) Receipt sent via SMS prior to delivery with a reminder of delivery time. Will definitely use regularly and recommend to friends.

Slow and garbage app

To think that this companys only speciality is to create an app to order groceries from and the managed to screw it up. The app crashes all the times is very slow. Has bug upon bugs. I think they commissioned a 2 year old to make this app. Horrible.
