I had no problem logging in. The app is snappy and looks gorgeous. But more importantly, it lets me talk to my customers better than ever. I’ve only had it installed a few hours and already a handful of my customers have been wowed by our support’s response times. It makes handling support feel as quick as dashing off an SMS to a friend. The push notifications are AWESOME — I can be notified of a customer’s message and reply to it before the notification email even hits Gmail. The only downside is that I need to logout/login for different accounts — I have two different companies using Intercom. But I’m sure that use-case is in the minority. (You can of course switch between apps inside of an account). Overall this is a great companion to Intercom, which is a crucial service for me.
