1.Overview
This application calculates the simple interest and compound interest in Japan.
2.How to use
- Simple interest
* After entering the amount, rate, and deposit term, the interest is displayed.
- Compound interest
* After entering the amount, rate, compound interest term, and maturity time, the interest and deposit term (which is multiplied compound interest term by maturity time) are displayed.
* The compound interest term and maturity time can be entered to the range that deposit term is 10 years 0 months, or 3,650 days.
- The interest is displayed with pretax and post-tax (after deducting tax from the interest of pretax).
- The tax is calculated at tax rate 20.315% when applying the special reconstruction income tax, and not applying at 20.000%.
- The sum which is displayed at Pretax and Post-tax is the total of the interest and entered amount.
- The software keyboard can be closed by swiping the screen to left or right.
- The values you can enter are as follows.
* Amount: from 1 yen to 999,999,999 yen.
* Rate: from 0.001% to 20.000% (the decimal is effective to the 3rd place).
* Deposit term: from 1month to 10 years 0 months, or from 1 day to 3,650 days.
* Compound interest term: from 1month to 1 year 0 months, or from 1 day to 365 days.
* Maturity time: from 1 time to 99 times.
3.Precautions for use
- The interest calculated by this application is estimated roughly, so it may be different from the actual. Thats why, please use as the aim of asset management.
- The interest is calculated at 360 days per year when entering the deposit term with years, and 365 days per year when entering with days or date.
- Please contact the financial institution for more information about the special reconstruction income tax.
