This app includes downloadable versions of the most recent issues of Interior Design Magazine, available via in-app purchase, or via a Digital Subscription. *Digital Subscription* • The subscription lasts for one year from the date of purchase and costs $19.99/year • The subscription allows access to all published content in the app • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period • You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Nice mag but app is not working!

Not working on my iPad, the last issue is not visible, IT support doesnt answer my questions

Most recent update has caused app to slow down considerably. The pages are made up of tiled images which causes each page to load much slower than before. Very slow and annoying user experience. Why fix something if it isnt broken?

Updated app and erased all my purchases. Billed me twice and all I got was a blank page that says "loading".

I have a digital only subscription which has not delivered. Poor app support. Poor delivery. The content is superb if I could ever read it !

購入済みの誌面が見れなくなった！

年間ベースで購入をし、12月、1月、2月までのダウンロードは完了している。ところが、12月、1月の購入済みのものが閲覧できない。2月の誌面もメインページからは選択できない。 iOSをバージョン5.1（9B176）にバージョンアップしてからそのようになったみたいだが、早急に復旧してもらいたい。 いつごろ復旧できるのだろうか？

Там есть возможность подписаться на пробный месяц. Так вот когда пробуешь это сделать программа очень лагает. Вначале я подписался на своем iphone, наивно полагая что на ipad после синхронизации появится тоже самое. Но этого не произошло. Там пришлось также борясь с лагами устанавливать пробную месячную подписку. Но после того как удалось скачать один журнал с меня стали требовать денег, которых на карточке не было. Пришлось платить, Потому что невозможно было пользоваться appstore ( обновить или скачать что либо). Причем "доблестная" служба поддержки даже мне не ответила.
