iPOLiS mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Techwins security network products. iPOLiS mobile app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone if you are using Hanwha Techwins security system. ◎ Supported models will be updated continuously. ◎ iPOLiS mobile supports iOS ver. 8.0.X and up. ◎ This application has been tested for the listed devices
  - Apple iPhone 5 (iOS v8.4.1) model
  - Apple iPhone 6 (iOS v8.0.2) model
  - Apple iPhone 6S (iOS v9.3) model
  - Apple iPad air (iOS v9.2) model ◎ Current compatibilty with our surveillance models: See our manual inside application (Setup -> menulal Tab)  ◎ Recommended profile information for optimal live video monitoring

Same here. Current IPOLiS 2.8.4 does not work with iOS 17.1.1 and 17.1.2. Please help. Thank you.

the current version of Ipolis (2.8.4 is not compatible with Iphone IOS 17.1? when will you release new version that works with current version of Iphone? please reply thank you.

Last entry: So, summarized: Created 2 named devices in the mobile app under settings - device list; created 2 IP addresses. Assign one IP address for use when away from home (ie traveling) and assign the other IP address for use at home, when on my cell phone in the back yard. Still having only ONE system set up in the home office. Using iPolis Mobile app-LIVE, click on "At Home" or "Away". No conflict. Or just call their Tech support 844-947-3638.

Continued - One of the things we had to do was locate the IP address from the home router (this is for "use at home" device list). Instead of using DDNS, we changed it to the IP address. In addition, we also had to remove information from the router and set up new information in the home router (port range, IP address, etc). So, give them a call @ 844-947-3638.

Continued - So, now I had two device names with their own IP address. It worked on my phones/tablets using either device. This was what created the conflict and the iPolis mobile app did not work. Continued -

Continue - The second IP address for using my mobile app when I am away from home (work, traveling, etc). So, I had to add two devices ( remember I only have one system set up at home), on my tablet/phone using one IP address. I named one device - Use at home; the other device name was Use Away from Home using another IP address. I HAD to do this for my husband.

I had the same problem like everyone on the page. Called Samsung support directly (844-947-3638). Got help thru Remote Support. Finds out that I really needed to IP address for this to work. So, created one (1) IP address for using my mobile app at home in case I am in the back yard.
