iProva, de slimme software oplossing van Infoland, helpt professionals en organisaties om te excelleren en zo gerichte doelen en ambities waar te maken. Het zorgt er onder andere voor, dat medewerkers de beschikking hebben over de juiste informatie. Wordt er binnen jouw organisatie al gewerkt met iProva? Dan is iProva Search een mooie aanvulling. Met deze app heb je informatie die is opgeslagen in iProva altijd en overal bij de hand. Denk aan: werkinstructies, protocollen, bedieningsinstructies voor apparatuur, veiligheidsinformatie enzovoorts. Ook als je geen dataverbinding hebt, kun je de informatie gewoon blijven raadplegen. Daarmee is het een perfect alternatief voor het werken met een afgedrukt exemplaar of papieren zakkaartjes! In de app kun je eenvoudig op trefwoord zoeken, om zo de gewenste informatie op te halen. Daarnaast kun je op zoek gaan naar documenten die zijn onderverdeeld in thema’s. Documenten die je regelmatig nodig hebt kun je eenvoudig als favoriet markeren, zodat ze snel opnieuw te raadplegen zijn. En kan een document beter? Dan kun je via de app jouw feedback naar de documentbeheerder sturen. Zo helpt iedereen de organisatie weer een stapje vooruit!
