iQueues is the app to manage waiting time for customers when they come to hotel. Customers can simply utilize that time to do some fun activities. The major advantage is its simple to use and 100% features are included in mobile only.
Any hotels can use this app by simply registering into it and they can create users and those users will manage customer requests.
When any guest arrive requester will create the request and house keeping guy will get notification of request. Once house keeping will be done with work they will finish the request and requester will get notification that room cleaning id done and customer will get message that your room is ready.
In case house keeping will take more than specified cleaning time then manager will get notification that room is not ready yet.
So iQueues is the best app to save customers time and keeping track of customers.
