Description
A barcode scan app for "mobile barcode scanners" in connection with an HTTP server (MySQL database). Since it uses the standard HTTP protocol and can be configured for each Web server.
Scanned barcodes are stored with a time stamp via HTTP in the predefined MySQL database. After the scan user get a notification:
1. Successful (first scanned and available in the database)
2. Already scanned (if already scanned 1x)
3. Invalid barcode (if not stored in the database)
To be able to use the app you need a auto-focus camera and Wi-Fi or 3G for internet connection.
