Measure the battle levels of everybody you know!
iScouter2.0 is a scouter app that recognizes faces and measures the battle level of that individual.
A cool stylish design and the detailed high quality animations make this the most high quality scouter app around!
You can enjoy the different results; people who seem strong may be unexpectedly weak, and your house pet may be the strongest out of everybody you know.
When you measure the battle levels, the photo is automatically saved so you can use this app to get photos for your adress book and contacts.
When you tap the screen you can shoot energy blasts and attack them. (Good stress reliever!)

Note: The battle levels are not correct in anyway. Even if it doesnt recognize the face it can still measure battle levels. Not supported for iPhone 3G and iPads.
