Description
iShareClient is the client software for our iShare solution which is also available on the App Store.
With iShare you can send and receive files over the internet to any internet connected device running a web browser.
The goals of iShare compared to other cloud based file transfer solutions are:
- easy handling
- no upload to cloud servers
- security (sandbox)
The client is meant to be used if you have i.e. more than one computer in your network.
Instead of going through the hassle and opening ports to all of the different machines, the client can connect to the iShare application via Bonjour.
So only one computer has to be set up to make the connection to the internet, the iShare computer that is. The client will sent and receive files over the iShare computer.
