أنشئ معهد التدريب والدراسات القضائية ومقره مدينة أبوظبي بتاريخ 14 ديسمبر 1992 م، بموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم ( 14 ) لسنة 1992 م بإنشاء معهد التدريب والدراسات القضائية. وفي عام 2004 م صدر القانون الاتحادي رقم 11 لسنة 2004 م، وفيه أُعلن المعهد هيئة اتحادية مستقلة . إن من أهم الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمعهد نشر البحوث والدراسات القضائية والقانونية التي تسهم في تنمية وتعزيز الفكر القانوني لدى المختصين والعاملين في القضاء والمؤسسات القانونية، وعموم المجتمع بالدولة، فضلاً عن دوره الأساسي في تقديم أفضل الخدمات التدريبية القانونية المتخصصة للمستفيدين من المعهد. لذلك قام المعهد بنشر: سلسلة الدراسات القانونية التي صدر ويصدر عنها بحوث قانونية متخصصة لأصحاب الخبرة من القضاة والمؤلفين في مجالات الشريعة والقانون. مجلة الدراسات القضائية، تعنى بنشر البحوث والدراسات القانونية المتخصصة، والفقه الإسلامي، والقضاء الإماراتي. رسالة المعهد نشرة إخبارية أصدرها المعهد للتعريف بنشاطاته، وتغطية أخبار المعهد التدريبية، ونشر الوعي القانوني بشكل عام. سلسلة أدلة تعريفية في نشر الثقافة القانونية Institute of Training and Judicial Studies (ITJS), which is located in the city of Abu Dhabi, was founded on December 14th, 1992 by virtue of cabinet resolution no. (14) of 1992 concerning establishment of the institute. Back in 2004, it was the release of federal law no. 11 of 2004, in which announcement of the institute as an independent federal institution was made. One of the most important strategic objectives of the institute is the publication of the judicial and legal researches and studies, which contributes in the development and enhancement of legal thought of the specialists, and those working in the judicature and the legal establishments and society in general in addition to its principle role in providing the best legal specialized training services to the concerned. The Institute therefore published: a number of legal studies from which were taken specialized legal researches wrote by expert judges and writers in the field of Shari’ah and law. Judicial Studies Magazine Publishes specialized researches, legal studies, Islamic Fiqh, and judicature in the UAE. Resalah A news publication issued by the Institute telling about its activities and covers the training news of the Institute and propagates legal awareness in general.
