Just found after I turned WiFi off and back on - App works as normal! I turned WiFi off, opened the app and changed my lights, played music, etc. Turned WiFi back on. Tried again with it on - Works as normal! I’m happy I don’t have to get rid of my tree this year! #LoveMyiTree!!! Went through a lot to get this 8 or more years ago! I always add extra lights - a lot of my small white lights are gone out. Still love the tree!

I found the app will only open if iPhone is disconnected from wifi. App kept crashing but when I disconnected from wifi, the app finally opened and works fine

App just crashes. Only blue lights work on tree. No music. No little twinkle lights.

Same problem here - going to try old iPad to see if it will open - looking for a xmas miracle!

Super bummed. Tree has always been a hit with the family. Put the tree up this year and the app just crashes. So the tree is useless at this point other than using the default light program. Please fix asap.

Put up tree today and was excited to set it up and turns out the app is not working on IOS. It keeps crashing, the tree is useless if not able to use the app to change the lights, pattern, and music. App needs to be fixed asap
