The "iWavit Dish" app turns the iPhone (or iPad or iPod touch) into an IR and RF Remote for controlling your Dish Network Satellite Box, specifically the DISH VIP722 DVR, and other similar boxes. The layout of the buttons is similar to the remote that ships with Dish Network Satellite box. Scroll left-right between 4 screens to get to other buttons. With this selected, the Dish Network Receiver does not even have to be in direct line-of-sight to the IR Lightbar because the Lightbar will light up the room with invisible IR signals when it blasts. Pressing the HOME button in the lower left of the front screen will take you to the app called iWavit Flow. This app provides a convenient cover-flow way to navigate between the many iWavit apps that are available.
