I needed a patwa translator to write dub lyrics and this app helped me a lot to polish my work + its hard to find a jamaican translator these days
Total crap mon
I just bought this app. Its a complete joke. It doesnt even translate the most simple phrases. Dont waste your money.

Too basic, no editing, patois not deep enough.
Thank you for no embedded advertising. But I am sorry this app does not have auto correct when typing english, cant do portrait keyboard, and if you accidentally go back to the home screen, it completely erases the text you had typed and you have to start over. Having been going to Jamaica for years (just got back yesterday from my 16th trip), this needs a lot of work. Its all about the vocabulary, mon! And the ability to interpret multiple meanings! When I type in english, it gives me mostly english back. Needs to go deeper. Keep working on it, and maybe it will be a good app soon. The other couple apps on the app store are a bit more user friendly, and seem to have deeper language capability. Dont give up. Duppy know who fi frighten! Respect.

Not Working at All !!!
From when I purchased this app, it doesnt work.....I will type in two words.....A box will pop up and say....."The app requires a active Internet connection".....This box will pop up whether you are on a WIFI connection or a regular cellular connection.....Listening to the other reviews.....Even if it starts connecting.....The app is garbage.....And just imagine.....The app was $2.99.....They dropped it down to $.99 and thats when I purchased it.....SMH
