Japanese sensei is a japanese language learning tool. The best way to learn new concepts and vocabulary in japanese is through practice. Japanese Sensei consists of a series of games and interactive activities with native audio where you would be learning and applying some of the basics of Japanese vocabulary and expressions. The most efficient way to use this application is the following: 1 - Revise the two Japanese syllabaries (Hiragana and Katakana) and listen to the native pronunciation. 2 - Go to "語彙/Vocabulary" activity, choose the category your interested in and play the quiz until you can remember the writing, sound and meaning of these new words. 3 - Go to the game or activity related to the topic learned and play the game. You would need to remember all those new words to go through the game. Remember repetition is the mother of learning. If you struggle to finish any activity or game you can always go back to the "語彙/Vocabulary" section and go through that particular category again. 4 - Once you can handle the game/activity with any problem go through the same cycle with a new topic. In this initial version of Japanese Sensei there are 7 games or activities : •Hiragana Katakana: The two syllabaries with native audio. •Vocabulary : Quiz in which vocabulary is divided in 15 categories. •Directions : Game in which you are given directions(native japanese) and need to take your player to the right place in a mini map of Tokyo city. •Descriptions : Game in which you are given a person description(native japanese) and has to form the matching person changing the "model" body parts. •Time : Game where you are told a time and need to set a clock to the correct time. •Colors : Game similar to Simon says where you listen to a series of colors and has to push the right buttons in the rig order. •Family : Activity where you would listen questions about Tanakas family members and need to tell who that question refers to. •... more in coming updates.
