The main purpose of the World JCI is self development of individuals and the community, also to prepare leaders by contributing worlds development.
According to this principles, since its foundation the branches of JCI Capital was focused on self development of their members.
They incorporated creative,intelligent young people from executive organization of their own businesses and provided with great environment to help them learn from each other and improve themselves.
