This app is for students at the Jefferson County Open School in Lakewood, Colorado. Are you a Walkabout student at JCOS? Use this app to document and evaluate learning experiences in fulfillment of graduation expectations. The Jefferson County Open School Graduation Expectations establish personal, social, and intellectual standards which all students must meet at an appropriate level of proficiency prior to graduation. A student may utilize a variety of experiences to attain proficiency, including: ・classes within the school ・classes at other JeffCo schools ・classes at local colleges ・independent study ・group projects ・jobs & internships ・educational trips ・apprenticeships ・volunteer service work ・other learning experiences Each learning experience is evaluated by the student in regard to personal, social and intellectual growth and is validated by the instructor of the class and by the Academic Advisor.
