Looking for a simple, unobtrusive way help you monitor Jenkins-CI servers?

Look no further - this is written to help you do just that.

Most of the time, it’ll sit quietly in your menu bar giving you visual feedback on your build status. Clicking on it will give you a more detailed view on what is happening. You can configure which jobs to show from each server and trigger builds directly from the interface. It has Notification Center support if you want to be alerted to the results of your builds.

Clicking on any item will take you to the project page. Or clicking on the build number will take you to that builds information page.

Does not work with CloudBees Folders Plugin

For users with CloudBees Folders Plugin the app is useless

Update

Hey Jeff if you could update this to the yosemite ui. That would be great. At the momen it looks very ugly, cause it don’t adapt the new ui elements right.

Works great so far (just installed)

After having used Jenx for sometime, it stopped working for me on Mavericks.. So, I switched to JenkinsStatusItem and so far, it’s been great. I’ll report back with a multi-day of usage review.

Stopped working after a week...

This was a sweet little widget when it was working! after about a week I come in to the office only to be greeted by “Unexpected Server Response” from the Jenkins status widget. I tried re-adding the server multiple times and I even tried reinstalling the widget from the app store. I still get the same message and the app is now useless. Please fix this or tell me what I am doing wrong. I really liked this app.

Doesn’t work

Crashes every time I try to add a server. I reached out to the developer, hopefully they will be able to assist. However, there should be some more graceful error handling even if it was something that I’m not configuring correctly.

Great app!

This app is great, simple and intuitive. I love the notification center integration and that I can see my jobs at a glance. The recent update to polish the UI for yosemite put the icing on the cake. You cant go wrong for the price!

Great app — full featured and configurable

This app fit my needs perfectly. Tried other Jenkins support apps but they did not support: filtering of builds, launching builds from menubar, or showing build status. It does what it should. Highly recommended.
