Description

-JetID provides a structured approach for identifying aircraft types. -While there are many aircraft models, they all share certain common features that allow for systematic identification. For example, counting the number of engines and noticing their placement on wings, tail or both reduces the number of possible types. -The App can be used to further narrow down possibilities, and identify the aircraft type. -The App can also be used to search aircraft by manufacturer.  It will also produce a list sorted by first service, numbers built, maximum take-off weight, range and passengers, etc. -The App covers the most common types of jet airliners used for passenger transportation.  Business jets and freighters are not included. -Lots of pictures and information off line and with more data available via direct links to internet. -An overview with aircraft data. -Included a quiz for test.

Nice idea, but to poor Information on different aircrafttypes of one family. E.g. There is a Description for the 777 with one photo, not differing between 777-200, 777-300, aso. Even no hint on which of the models the data referres to. If you want further information, youre forwarded on the official Wikipedia-links to find out yourself...

Un ottima applicazione per tutti gli ap passionati di aviazione civile. Schede in formative pressoché complete correda te da belle foto. Vi segnalo un trireatto re degli anni 60 che non avete imple mentato: si tratta dello HAWKER SID DELEY TRIDENT, lo avete presente?! Comunque fin qui avete già fatto un ot timo lavoro, complimenti vivissimi, bra vi! Continuate a migliorarla e ad aggior narla periodicamente a beneficio di tutti gli utilizzatori, ok?! This app expects me to know the manufacturer of the plane Im trying to identify!? Isnt that the point? I dont know what the plane is! Sheesh.
