Got a Rave for my kid for Christmas. From your website, https://ridejetson.com/pages/jetson-rave-hoverboard-light-up-the-night it says that the Rave is compatible with the app. Bluetooth speaker works with Spotify, but the app will not even find the board. False advertising?

Gotta say the hoverboard I have, I loved it. Even got the go-kart attachment for the fun of it. Have to say now not only am I very disappointed, but upset. When I first got this, it was fine. The Bluetooth worked great playing music, I could change the lights around. Now I can't even change the lights on the hoverboard without the app INSTANTLY crashing. So now I'm stuck no lights at all. Great hoverboard, horrible app. The app really needs an update to fix this. Hoverboard 4/5. App, 1/5.

The hoverboard is great. The music works. It sometimes doesn't connect to my hoverboard. And whenever I click the lights my app always crashes. The hoverboard again is epic. And the lights never allows me to change then because it always crashes whenever I click the lights so it's a 3/5

So I can’t change the speed or any settings on this because the app just continues to crash every 2 seconds? I got this so I could control the kids different age groups and play music on it but here we are stuck on slow and no music which we paid more for. Is there a way to get our money back???

Awesome hoverboard, useless app.. there are so many ways to customize if it didn’t crash when connected to board. Likely taking back and getting a different brand

The app is trash... why not just set the fookin hoverboard on advanced/ top speed from the factory?!?!? Instead of having to download this crap that never works. If you’re lucky enough for it not to crash / kick you off the app, you still won’t be aloud to adjust any of the settings anyway..... soooo thank you JETSON for somehow turning a badass hoverboard into a slow pos that comes in a box of lies and false advertising!!!!!

Crashes seconds after it connects, every time. Do not dare to lock the bike with the app. Bike works great.
