Each photo in JobSnaps can be automatically stamped with the time and date and you also have the option of adding additional information including a title, description, responsible, due date, comments, tags and photo sketch markups. Using the report building tool you can quickly produce detailed PDF photo reports that can be immediately emailed from the project site, shared using a web link or exported to other systems such as Word and Excel. Using #tag, description, responsible and folder filtering you can specify which photos are included in your reports. You can also include your company logo, a cover sheet, notes page, attachment documents and a location overview to reports. Photos are managed in projects and folders with no limit on the number of projects and the folders within each project. You can take a new photo, select multiple photos from your library, take a map snap shot to show the current location or snap shot reference documents including plans, drawings, specifications and other site documents such as dockets and receipts. Markup tools are provided to add sketches, dimensions, text, symbols, sub photos, document references and map locations to your photos (snaps). You can keep the entire project team up to date by syncing projects and folders using the JobSnaps cloud service.
