JogRunSprint is a new and exciting app based on the popular running concept "10-20-30" developed by professor Jens Bangsbo and Thomas Gunnarson from the university of Copenhagen (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22556401). Experience incredible results in just 3-4 weeks of running with JogRunSprint...Even as an experienced runner. A group of veteran runners who followed the training for just 7 weeks improved their 5K times by 4 percent! JogRunSprint makes it very easy to run 10-20-30 intervals. Set up how many sets you would like to run and press start. Visual and audio cues will guide you through the entire exercise. Remember the importance of a proper warmup before starting your exercise. Used this app twice now. First run went perfectly and updated to Pro to be able to see my data as I continued training. Today, it was a disaster. If I clicked my phone off, it paused my workout without telling me. Which it didnt do the first time I used it. Today I literally had to keep my phone active the entire time. And it didnt record any of my data for my run. Not distance, not speeds, not anything. Which is what I paid extra for. Very frustrated and hoping this was a one-time fluke.

Vereinfacht das Training nach der 30-20-10-Methode ungemein. Das Hantieren mit der Stoppuhr entfällt voll und ganz. Einmal "Start" drücken und los gehts. Den fünften Stern gibts, wenn in den Statistiken die Anzeige in der für Läufer gewohnten Einheit Pace und nicht in km/h erfolgt.

By far the best program I have tried. It truly is fun, interactive and without a second of boring. The best part is that because of the way the program is structured you dont get out of breath and its all based on science. Love it

Great app! Gives pace change prompts and the workout is customizable. I just wished it had a distance tracker and a halfway point notification

Works as promised. And delivers that promise beautifully. I sprint three to four times a week and JRS is now a staple in my rotation.
