general enterprise, JoServ application ( work hurry impulse system ) is a system that works on defining the work
responsibilities for each member of the members in the organizational structure of the institution, ministry, or
municipal which introduce the service, where this system draws its function first from the law , second from the
specialized regulations and instructions for each institution of the general institutions reaching to the internal concepts and combining them in a software system, in order to assume receipting the service request from the citizen, then make the service perfectly within trying to communicate live between the citizen, the applicant , and the responsible officer.
