Jourve is a mobile airport concierge app that services travelers for virtually any type of need or purchase at an airport. Whatever you need in the airport, Jourve can supply for you. Jourve was designed to eliminate the crunch passengers have in the airport by giving them access to products, processes and deliveries that were previously unavailable. Jourve focuses on three areas of service: line holding, food/product delivery and valet parking and rental car return.
So if youre running late for your flight, we can park your car for you, stand in line for you and buy and deliver your food or products directly to your gate. But thats not all. Maybe you’re afraid to fly and need a travel companion, or you forgot souvenirs for family members. Simply request a Jourver through the Jourve app to assist you. With Jourve, every convenience at the airport is just one click away.
Using the Jourve app is easy. Heres how it works:
-Just sign up in the app and put in your flight number.
-The app uses your flight number to track your services and knows what airline or gate to deliver your services
-Through the app you can communicate directly with your jourver or track your service delivery progress
-Payment can be made by credit card.
-After use of the service you will receive a survey.
