Description

Koop direct filmtickets en blijf altijd op de hoogte van het actuele filmaanbod via de app van Vue. Met deze app heb je toegang tot het complete, actuele aanbod van films en speciale evenementen in alle 21 bioscopen van Vue. In de bioscoopagenda filter je naar eigen voorkeur op aanvangstijd, alfabetische volgorde of zet je de films met de nieuwste releasedatum vooraan. Via het snelmenu Film heb je direct toegang tot de top 10, kinderfilms, coming soon titels en zie je de voorstellingen die in voorkoop of voorpremiere zijn. Via het snelmenu Specials en Events heb je toegang tot alle speciale voorstelling bij Vue zoals de Opera of de Ladies Night. Tickets betaal je snel en veilig via iDEAL, de Nationale Bioscoopbon of een van de andere betaalmethoden. Ook zijn gedeelde betalingen mogelijk. Daarnaast kun je met één of meerdere Vue Movie Passen en Vue Giftcards/vouchers betalen. Bekijk de nieuwste trailers en zet ze op jouw watchlist. Waardeer een film en deel met je vrienden via Facebook, WhatsApp of e-mail. In jouw MijnVue account vind je alle relevante informatie over jouw ticketaankopen, watchlist, waarderingen, Vue Movie Pass en jouw persoonlijke nieuwsbriefvoorkeuren. Good App... but...

The App itself is well done and easy to understand and navigate. The downside is that you can only pay for your tickets via "ideal pay" which requires a bank account with a bank in the Netherlands. No PayPal, no credit-cards! They probably thought thats enough options since its a movie theater in the Netherlands. However as german living at the border to the Netherlands and only 30 minutes away from the JT Kerkrade I really like to go to the theater to watch the movies with its original englisch audio. (Something you can rarely do in Germany). And I know a lot of people around here going over there for movies. So I really hope they will add some other more universal payment options.

Matige app - slechte dienstverlening JT bioscopen

Let op: Nederlands is mijn derde taal - taalfoutjes zijn mogelijk! De app is min of meer ok, gebruikers interactie zou beter bedacht kunnen worden met wat consistente benoeming van acties (als je wilt kaarten kopen klik je op de knop "reserveer" wat niet echt logisch is). De app is gemaakt zonder aandacht voor detail. Snel en goedkoop - doe maar gewoon dan is het goed genoeg. Maar wat de meest irritant is, is dat de management van JT bioscopen doorberekent kosten van online betaling (€0,50) terwijl online betaling goedkoper is dan tickets kopen op de kassa (als je loonkosten bijrekent). Tweede irritatie is dat je kunt geen kaartjes kopen zonder aanmelden via Facebook of maken van een account. Dat is absoluut onnodig en laat duidelijk zien hoe weinig JT management respecteert hun klanten. Ik ga deze app niet in huidige vorm gebruiken.
