Great - NOT! I back up my iPhone to the jump drive using Lexar Mobile Manager App. Have my phone serviced. Try and restore from the drive and it says it restored 651 contacts then crashes. And guess what no contacts restored or anything else to my iphone. Tried several times. Checked instructions. Tried again. Frustration. What a rip off. What a waste of time and money.

Not able to backup the video and photo, it just crashes the app am trying on the latest Iphone OS. Any solution? or advise is welcome.

Lexar please help me with the problem i stated. In addition when you plugged in to a windows laptop is says write protected so you cannot add or delete the content and you cannot format it to bring back to default. You can reach me thru fb messanger jefferson meneses

Working properly with my iphone 6s and iphone x, all of a sudden it crash as soon as you plugged in the device it will say authenticating then initializing then it will back to home screen of iphone thats it!lexar please help!
