Description

Junkers Home is an app with smart functions for remote control of your heating system via the Internet – from controlling the temperature to displaying the yields from a solar thermal system. Simple to operate, secure in application and enormously convenient. The most important functions at a glance: - Changing the room temperature - Switching the operating mode (Auto, Man, Setback, ...) - Adjusting the switching times of your heating programs - Changing the heating level temperatures such as heating, setback, … - Settings for domestic hot water for gas and oil heating appliances with EMS2 controls CW 400, CR 400 or CW 800 and heat pumps - Graphic display of system values, such as outdoor temperature, room temperature, solar yield in Day/Week/Month - Display and Push message for faults An overview of the supported heat sources and further information can be found at the "Visit Web site" link below In order to use Junkers Home, you will need: - Heating with a Junkers Home compatible controller (see "Visit web site" link below) - Internet gateway MB LAN(i) for communication between the Internet and the heating controller - Available LAN network (router with a free RJ45 connection) - Internet access via your router for accessing your heating system while travelling - iPhone version iOs 8 All the following controllers from production date September 2008 are Junkers Home compatible (connected to Junkers 2-wire BUS): - Weather-compensated controller: CW 400, CW 800, FW 100, FW 120, FW 200, FW 500 - Room temperature-dependent control unit: CR 400, FR 100, FR 110, FR 120 - Remote control: FB 100, CR 100 (configured as remote control) Additional information: Additional costs may be incurred for the internet connection, an Internet flat rate is recommended. Functional expansions of the app require the software on your Gateway to be updated. To update, connect the Gateway to the Internet for at least 24h. Improvements: - Completely reprogrammed for fast and stable app operation - New design - Support of the new control system EMS 2 - Integrated demo mode - Display of selected system information - Zoom capabilities in the graphical displays - Gratis publication - Display of selected appliance parameter 3.0.1: Add-on: Existing log in data can be imported 3.0.0: Corrections: Time display between the system and the device, text improvements.

App mit nützlichen Anlageninformationen

Der neue Update hat endlich mehr Infos gebracht. Steuerung der Anlage wurde auch vereinfacht. Wünschenswert wäre eine Solarauswertung auch für die vergangenen Monate.

Installation und Anschluß an die Heizungsanlage sind noch ein wenig Überarbeitungsbedürftig. Die App funktioniert soweit sehr gut nur mit der Einstellung der Heizung über die App hebe ich noch einige Probleme. Ich habe leider noch keine Dokumentation zur App gefunden und so ganz selbsterklärend ist sie nun auch nicht für mich.

Leider ständige Abstürze der App, das LAN Modul läuft leider auch nicht stabil. Die Historie lässt sich gar nicht abrufen. Ich würde mir wünschen auch die Vorlauftemperaturen der einzelnen HK abrufen zu können.

Funktionen entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung

Für stolze 8,99 bekommt man eine App die mit Monatswechsel alles vergisst. Den beschriebenen Solarertrag kann man nur als Grafik sehen. Die Darstellung der Zahlen als Summe aktuell, Tag, Monat gesamt gibt es nicht, obwohl die Daten in der Steuerung abrufbar sind. Fazit: teure App die nicht alle versprochenen Funktionen hat und ca. 300,-€ hat die Hardware gekostet um das festzustellen. PS: beim Schwesterkonzern Buderus gibt es die nahezu identische kostenlos. Klasse Geschäftsmodell.

Ich finde,dass die Junkers home App,mit den Funktionen die Sie momentan hat,nicht auf den Markt gehört. Ich habe mir eine technisch tolle und anspruchsvolle Anlage eingebaut .Von Prinzip der home App,kann ich auf Anfragen dritter,leider nur Funktionen aufzählen,die nicht regeln,oder anzeigen kann. Man sollte Junkers home in : Störmelde-App umbenennen.Für die oben genannte Funktion,gibt es von mir einen Punkt.

Kleine Verbesserungen sind passiert, aber da ist noch viel Raum nach oben! /Little improvment been done, but there is plenty more room to do better! Keine Warmwasserunterstützung,noch nicht einmal Warmwasser sofort Funktion./No warm water support, not even the function for hot water immediately. Sehr hohe Anschaffungskosten bei geringem Nutzen./High Price with minimum use. Fehler in der Historie der Temperaturen. Keine Export Möglichkeit./ Temperature mistakes in the history function. No possibility for Data export. Rezensionen werden scheinbar ignoriert oder noch nicht einmal gelesen. Mal sehen, was in ein paar Jahren bei der Konkurrenz möglich ist, wenn eine neue Heizung her muss...

Keine Heizprogramme nach Update änderbar

Schrott, nach dem Update auf 1.6 lassen sich die Heizprogramme nicht mehr ändern. Support unter den im Impressum genannten Rufnummern nicht erreichbar.
