We have been in business for over 25 yrs., and our many repeat-customers know that they can rely on us to send a fabulous gift to friends, family, and clients. We carry a wide variety of products, for all ages and occasions, and we have tried to make shopping easier for you by listing the product categories alphabetically on the Home Page. Once youve chosen your gift, you can then proceed to fill in the necessary information, such as the NAME you would like to add, the DESIGN you would like (if applicable), whether or not you would like the item GIFT-WRAPPED, at no extra charge), the OCCASION (to assist us in gift-wrap), and the message you would like to include on the complimentary GIFT CARD. The Designs shown on our Design Page are basic designs, shown to give you an idea of a theme; the actual designs are much more detailed, richer and more colorful, and you can be assured of professional quality artwork on your chosen gifts. The designs can be modified to suit any age, and they can transform any gift you choose into one specifically geared towards the recipients age and interests. If you would like to purchase a Gift Certificate as a gift, please scroll to the bottom of the Home Page, and click on "Gift Vouchers" to fill out the form to do so. You will be notified when this has been sent to the gift recipient. Because we are a small company, we are not able to provide free shipping, but shipping is kept at a basic minimum, reflecting any current costs to ship through USPS. We try to expedite all orders as quickly as possible, but due to the unique nature of what we do, please allow some time to personalize, design, or embroider your gifts. We usually advise a turn-around time of one week to ten days--(three-four weeks for custom-made items, such as "Puzzle Stools")--and possibly longer at Holiday time. Please place your order as far in advance as possible. We do offer a free service to those who would want the gift recipient to know that a gift has been ordered for them: We will gladly send a postcard to the gift recipient, advising them that a "Special Gift" has been ordered by.........(your name).............................., and "will be arriving soon".
