- Listen to Heavy Rain or City Sounds to help you meditate
- Breathe easily by following the circle, inhaling as it gets bigger, and exhaling as it gets smaller - it follows the 4-7-8 breathing rule to help you relax
- Your phone will vibrate when the meditation is over, so even if youre not listening to the sound, youll know when the time is up
- Keeps track of your past meditations so you can see how youre doing
- Upgrade to Premium to get access to more sounds including Sunny Beach and Windy Forest, plus sessions up to 2 hours long
