Bitte noch anpassen für iPhone 6 Plus

Assets are missing

Christian StSt · 10 years ago · v2.4

Why are assets not implemented and supported by the app directly? Why should I buy a third party product (BarKode) to get this feature?

So far just ok

Scragman · 12 years ago

Crashes one out of ten uses, cant change the cc list from the app, and right now the drop down menus arent working for me.

A good start

Soleq · 12 years ago

Ive been using this app for the past few weeks, and I see a lot of potential here. The app is more of a compliment to the web admin console, but it works substantially better at looking up tickets and inventory on my iPhone and iPad than using Safari. There are some rough edges, and theres room for more features, but overall its a welcomed addition to my regular mobile toolset. Thanks to KACE for making native apps a reality.

Great app

A strong start!

This app has been extremely useful to me, especially the help desk functions. I cant wait to see it get even better!

So far in only need one thing added

Love this app for our technicians! But we do need the ability to add work to the ticket for tracking purposes then it will be perfect. Currently we can only add work from the web interface.
