Very usefull and innovative app. I would recommand it for everyone who search a minicab in London.

Lapplication est serte, bien pensée, mais mais elle ne fonctionne pas ...jattends toujours mon taxi. Après mavoir confirmé la réservation jai reçu un mail, 10 minutes avant, pour me dire que le chauffeur avait décliné le trajet. Vraiment très agréable quand vous êtes pressé...

The driver overcharged me by 5 pounds. When complaining at kabbee they told me to book a different car for the future. Thanks very much for that. See Kabbees answer below... Dear Joe, Were sorry you have had problems with your Kabbee booking. We have spoken to CJ Jet last night, and mentioned the drivers behaviour, and driving without a handsfree. This is completely unacceptable for Kabbee. We deactived this particular driver on the Kabbee system until he had presented with his new hands free to the office, where he has received some retraining from the office manager on customer service. With regard to the overcharge, our exchange partners recieve the exact booking information our customers enter into our app. In this case it seems that the vehicle needed was not selected whilst making the Kabbee booking. This is why the operations team at CJ Jet have called and the driver has asked for an additional £5. (CJ jet usually charge fare + 50% for this) Were sorry this has happened and suggest if you need a bigger vehicle like an MPV, you could select 6 people upon booking to get a 7 seater. If you need any further assistance, please get in touch. We are sorry you have had a bad experience, this was not representative of the Kabbee service in general.

Everything worked fine. The driver was punctual and I paid the agreed amount of money.
