Viel zu teuer für die gebotenen Funktionen, wer auf das Vergleichen von Bilddateien verzichten kann und ausschließlich Texte (Code) vergleichen und mergen möchte, kann mit Meld für MAC ein kostenloses(!) und mächtigeres Tool verwenden.

This is exactly what I need - but all it does is crash. Never had this problem with anything purchased here before. I now will spend a lot of time contacting Kaleidoscope Support. Not a good experience.

… but Kaleidoscope ist the most beautiful, simpliest to use, but still powerfull file merge application. OK, it is (with the original price) rather expensive, but Ive got the chance to buy it with 50% discount. It is a great tool, and it will save you a lot of hustle.

Die Applikation funktioniert bestens, lässt nur einen Wunsch offen: Ich würde gerne das Ergebnis des Vergleiches (Beispiel: Zwei Word-Dokumente werden verglichen.) gerne als PDF- oder HTML-File speichern können. Druckfunktion, über die man das ggfls. auch erledigen könnte, ist auch nicht vorhanden. Wenn diese Funktionalität noch hinzukäme, wäre mir das das fehlende Sternchen wert! Ansonsten: Sehr guter Job!
