Description
Gain control of your diet and loose weight with this free calorie counter.
With the simple interface of our calorie counter you can enter what you eat and your exercises. Then you can see your calorie balance and get an overview of the nutritional content of the food and the energy distribution in the food. The app automatically calculates, based on your goals, how many calories you are allowed to consume during the day.
Note: all data is only saved locally on your device, and the app does not require a user account or log in.
Functions:
-daily calorie counting
-automatic calculation of the calorie limit each day
-weight registration over time for use when calculating calorie limit etc.
-track different body measurements: body fat, hip, waist etc.
-add your own food items - which can also be shared with other users
-find foods by searching or scanning barcodes
-detailed information about your progress towards the goal you set in the app
-3 ways to use the calorie counter: automatic calorie limit based on your goal weight and a date, a specific calorie limit or a casual mode where the calorie limit is the amount of calories you can consume each day without gaining weight.
GDPR rules (we operate out of Europe) are followed since we do not collect any data whatsoever about the user (no personal data is ever sent of device).
