You want to lose weight? Gain muscles? Start kcalculator and in a few easy steps calculate how much calories daily you should eat to achieve your goal!
You decide what is your goal and what is your pace. Half, quarter or maybe one lb / kg per week? (both measure units available)
We all are different so kcalculator collects your life style info before showing the result. You provide informations like body type, job type, time you spend at the gym, running (cardio)
Just perform 3 easy steps:
1. Input your weight, height, sex and age
2. Define your daily activity:
- Number of trainings per week and average time in minutes (gym / cardio trainings are defined separately)
- Your job type
- Your body type
