He is popular Japanese Ukiyoe artist from the Edo period.
His real name was Masayoshi Kitao. But he changed Keisai Kuwagata in 1795,
Abbreviated Drawing Styles series (for Figures, Animals, Landscape, Fish and shellfish) has been published.
