What is the alert beep it gives me just randomly when driving ? It will give me an alert beep at the same spot of road every time I drive thru that spot and there is nothing there. Absolutely nothing ! No backed up traffic, no cameras, no speed trap, no accident, there’s nothing there ! And nothing on the radio or the phone app tells me what the alert beep is for. This really makes me want to take advantage of the 90 day return policy on the entire radio

Weather not updating again January 2023 no follow-up no update for 2 years with an offer that gave 5 years it's a shame there are companies that do not have the reputation that follow their products because faithful for almost 25 years it's a disappointment

Found out this app was the issue causing my Kenwood DNR1007XR to randomly power off while driving down the road. I believe this happened every time it was trying to re-connect after dis-connecting for no reason. I drove from VA to CA and this drove me crazy. And of course It would always do it when important mapping guidance was needed for an exit or road change. Since deleting this app, it does not happen.

Connects only after 2-3 manual attempts as auto connect doesn't work. And then it doesn't actually give me traffic info anymore! Very dissatisfied.

Very disappointed in this app. I'm an engineer and I'm appalled with the quality if this app. I bought the Kenwood unit because it has the traffic app and iphone connectivity. But the app is unusable since it constantly beeps for traffic congestion. Why did they not give some setting control over this feature. If one of my software engineers released a version with something like this I would fire them.
