All reviews →Kevo app seems to be shutting of just before the phone dies. (Power consumption is way up after last update). You then have to manually restart the Kevo app every day otherwise it won't open door. Prior to iOS release 10.2.1 this never happened and I could always open the door very reliably. Is anyone else having this problem. Why is Kevo shutting down app, it says it's exiting right before phone shuts down. There is no option to auto start Kevo App when phone reboots.
The iPhone app. is terrible!!! Any time my phone is even slightly cool to the touch (it's 3C outside today, the phone was in my down-filled pocket), the app crashes and then my phone shows that the battery needs charging and shuts down. We were locked outside for half an hour today. Not impressed at all.
Bug on a good app
App crashes as soon as you select preference. Please fix problem. Beside this bug, lock and app works A-1. Ifttt chanel would be usefull.

Not a good product or app
I have had this product (two doors) installed and in use for one year now. I highly recommend you do NOT buy it. Frustrations between installation, daily use and app issues. Very expensive and poor performance. I wish it were a better product, the idea is great but they got it wrong.
Fantastic and fun
Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews; I dont have any of the problems these others have. It makes me wonder if they actually set it up correctly. I love it. Not only is it useful for many reasons, its also...well, cool! Its fun to use, and every once in a while they release an update that adds new functionality! My only gripe is that they havent given us an AppleWatch app yet...

After I place my password in the app crashes. How do I get in my house now? Fix the glitch!!!
