Lets record the emotions.
"Kido iLog" is an application which records the log of such the feelings.
When it was fun and be happy
Tap Tap Tap the screen with bouncing heart.
I dont want to do this any more.
Tap Tap Tap with angry mind.
I cant stop the tears…so sad.
Tap Tap Tap the number of tears spilled.
Ouch!! Ive got cramp in my leg.
Tap Tap Tap with unfocused feelings.
Feel so dark side. Im going to revenge.
And Tap Tap Tap…
But I dont recommend too much.
Tap Tap Tap the dictates of feeling...
(Tap can be replaced by the Shake.)
Thats all, you can record your feelings at that time.
And youll find also the size of the feelings from number of taps.
After you record, you can take a notes about the reason to be feeling like that.
A few days later, and look back at the log of feelings,
you may find your mind pattern.
It might be to discover you do not know you.
