Halteralls instructional sewing video by Kinderalls. This project features 17 video steps demonstrating how to transform childrens overalls into "Halteralls", a halter top boutique outfit. These steps are 3 - 5 minutes long and easy to follow as Kerri Anne narrates the process. Also featured, 2 bonus videos on making a handkerchief and using the Bejeweler® iron make unique custom designs.
