KBC is a dream project of Mr. Richard Correia, who himself is an ardent fan of spices and local dishes.
We want to present this local speciality dish to food lovers all over Mumbai and showcase the potential it has to be a globally acclaimed dish. We are using modern equipments, superior ingredients and enhanced cooking techniques to further enrich the aroma and taste . Edible oil used for preparation is either Sunflower or Olive oil which is good for body and heart. Environment friendly packaging is an add on.
Bhujing Lovers ... Ever woke up from your dreams drooling about the juicy spicy taste of Agashi Bhujing? Food lovers who helped themselves with even a single piece of Bhujing, fall for it every time someone mentions even the name of the dish.
Agashi bhujing, the moment we hear these two magical words, our senses come to a standstill. It takes us back to those sweet memories and experiences when we enjoyed Bhujing with our relatives or friends. The tantalizing spicy zhatka of bhujing... ahh... no words can describe the aroma and taste of it. Its flavorsome experience leaves us spell bound. Most of us long to taste it over and over again, but thinking about the long, tiring journey to the Bhujing town of Agashi is what often forces us to suppress our craving.
But no more, we at KBC understand this and are proudly bringing this recipe out of the small town Agashi and are presenting it to a larger audience of foodies in Mumbai. Our effort is to reach out this zesty local street food to as many Mumbaikars so that the legacy of Bhujing which started in 1940 lives on and continues to satisfy the taste buds of many more people.
