This handy app will come to your rescue!
With a database of over 1,300 substitutions and equivalencies for ingredients, you should find what you need. There are 19 matches when you search for "egg" for example.
Along with substitutions for individual ingredients, equivalent measures are included. How many cups do you need to make 32 ounces? How many teaspoons in a tablespoon? It is all here.
Also included are a few recipes for making homemade versions of items such as Bisquick.
This free version allows you to view the details of the first substitution in each list. You can upgrade to the full version for 99 cents while in the app. This will allow you to see all possible substitutions.
