Kjurek has been creating and producing women’s clothing since 2005 when owner/designer Kimberly Jurek started the brand. Kjurek has been voted top designer in Metro Magazines 2010 Best of List as well as Mpls St Paul Magazine in 2007. Kjurek is excited to announce a new creative direction with the addition of partner and designer Jen Chilstrom alongside owner designer Kimberly Jurek. The new Kjurek design team are creating, co-designing and producing clothing that is alluring, feminine, and contemporary- inspired by the independent, strong, creative woman. Jen and Kim have also opened a space for fashion, jewelry, artists and furniture designers to cooperate. Showroom the boutique, opened May 1st and currently is working with 19 different independent designers, including Kjurek. We are excited to offer Kjurek in this exciting new uptown location on Lyndale and Lake street. Through this showroom we extend our reach into the industry as a resource for designers, artists, buyers and clients. Kjurek clothing is made in Minneapolis with great attention to quality and originality. Kjurek is dedicated to the support and promotion of fair trade labor.
