Terrible wifi policy!
I am staying 16 days and leaving on the 17th day early morning flight but Klooks policy is that I need to pay for that day even after I explained and guaranteed that I would not be using their wifi device on the 17th day. When trying to pay for that extra day, the app would not let me choose less than 3 days so I was forced to use my computer. After an hour and using 4 different browsers I was still unsuccessful to submit as there was something wrong with their webpage coding. Finally I am forced to pay a penalty of full rate at their counter at pickup which defeats the purpose of getting the promotional deal from their website. My penalty charge will cost the price of renting the wifi device for another 4 days!
Terrible customer service, inconvenient
I used this app in Hong Kong. The first package I bought was for Disneyland. I then bought a meal voucher. Both using my credit card. Somehow the meal voucher worked and the Disneyland ticket was chosen for a "random security check". I had to send pictures of my passport and credit card to release it. They released it just in time the morning I needed it. I was planning on going to Ocean Park so I tried buying another package. This time, they required another security check by sending a code to my phone number. Im traveling so I cant access the code to unlock it. After emailing customer service to ask them if there was another way around this, they told me the "code was successfully sent". I told them this wasnt the issue and they stopped replying. I would not suggest this app. Shady and unprofessional.
