“STEPS” is a great tool designed to help you manage and organize your learning in the fields of personal development, multiple intelligences, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills, and more.
-> The “Quiz” functionality can be used to test your knowledge on great ideas presented within some of the most important books in those fields.
-> The “Readings” functionality helps keep track and manage your readings of book summaries within the areas that interest you. This section also contains links to ‘Think-Grow’ Apps that include these book summaries.
-> The “Profile” functionality keeps track of your Quiz scores and gives you a progress report which is based on your knowledge and readings.
“STEPS” is your personal development trainer. It will advise you on readings, lead you to the summaries within the different fields, help you schedule readings, and then test you and give you feedback on your progress.
