Koko Desserts is a London based brand specialising in made to order liquid nitrogen ice cream. We build your ice cream the way you want it using innovative freezing techniques, meaning you can watch your ice cream being created from scratch. The ice cream’s liquid base is frozen at -196°C and it takes approx. 20 seconds for the smaller ice crystals to form; this makes the ice cream a lot smoother and more enjoyable than your regular, out of the tub ice cream.
