Description
Konnect.Care connects Community Care recipients to Community Care Providers. Its users can use the app to request for a range of services available in the local community provided by Welfare Organizations, NGOs and other Community aid programs. The range and scope of Community Care Providers will increase the type of services available to be provided over time.
App user need to have an invite code from your local Community Care Provider to make use of the app.
Services available are tailored to the physical location of the user. Care providers can also communicate directly to care recipients if configured.
