Description
We have over 2,000 restaurants in the database, all text is in English - we hope our Hebrew & Jewish friends are okay with that until we have time to translate. We expect users of this application to submit new restaurants and modify current restaurants. So we expect the database to grow significantly over time. Please contribute and this will be the best kosher database in the world. Adding/Editing and reviewing restaurants features are in version 2.0. So make sure to add/edit and review your favorite places!
Travel and looking for a kosher restaurant to eat at but want to find the restaurant that is nearby? Now you can, with this Jewish Kosher app for the iPhone or iPod Touch. The Kosher iPhone application will look up the nearest kosher place to eat from your current location, using the iPhones GPS features. If you do not have GPS or localization on, you can type in a location or a name and we will show you kosher restaurants in that location. In addition, we added a kosher symbols database so that you can quickly look up what kosher symbols are backed by which organizations or Rabbi. Finally, you also have the food blessings and prayers in Hebrew at your finger tips for Ashkenaz, Sefard, Edot Mizrach and Chabad.

indispensable
depuis la maj qui intégre des centaines de resto en france et ailleurs, elle est tout simplement phénoménale !! Attention toutefois aux info publiées directement par les utilisateurs. un controle par vous même ( cacherout, prix, commentaires) reste de mise...
Bonne appli pour la france mais....Dommage...
Dommage la nouvelle version schange de base de donnée shamash.org) or celle ci est bien moins a jour et moins interréssante pour la france!!! y a til une possibilité de remettre lancienne? Ce qui serait bien pour la prochaine update ce serait un classement par km en plus de celui par miles et pourquoi pas une interface en français .
Pas terrible du tout
La base française nest pas a jour et c est dommage pour une application de ce prix. Je regrette amèrement mon achat. J espère que la version upadate me fera mentir. Je vous tiens informer...
Quel dommage !!
Cest la première application de Rustybrick où je trouve à y revoir. La base nest absolument pas à jour pour Paris (je ne peux pas me prononcer ailleurs) et il est impossible de mettre à jour les infos via linterface (la moitié des infos sont cachées par le clavier et le scroll est parfois inopérant. On termine à la fin par une erreur sql). On est obligé de débrancher sur la page web pour faire. Vivement une rapide mise à jour !!
French restaurants
Why did u change the french database?? The first on was excellent... The new is so bad with many many updates to be done!! Hope an update soon
