“Krungri IGNITE” includes on-the-move employee innovation ideation platform for Krungsri Group employees, as well as other key features that streamline some of key processes to help improving customer experiences. It comes with easy navigation and user-friendly screen.
Other key features available on “Krungsri IGNITE”:
- ATM magic eyes, the function that allows employees and related working team to submit the problem reports of our machines. For example, system error, broken machine, cleanliness of machine, etc. The report will be automatically sent to responsible function right away with case log number. The system owner can also track and export the report real-time
- Online communities to celebrate every little milestones of Krungsri Group
- Get on track of trending news of Krungsri (subject to roles-based access control)

ฟังก์ชั่นอื่น ๆ:
- การแจ้งปัญหาตู้ auto-banking ผ่าน ATM Magic eyes; ปัญหาที่สามารถแจ้งได้ แจ้งปัญหาเครื่องถอนเงินอัตโนมัติ (ATM) / เครื่องฝาก-ถอนเงินอัตโนมัติ (ADM) เช่น จอดำข้อความเลือน ปุ่มเสีย เลือกรายการไม่ได้ เป็นต้น
- แจ้งปัญหาเครื่องปรับสมุดอัตโนมัติ (AUP) เช่น ตัวพิมพ์จาง พิมพ์ข้าม พิมพ์ตกบรรทัด เป็นต้น
- แจ้งปัญหาสถานที่ติดตั้งเครื่องถอนเงินอัตโนมัติ (ATM) / เครื่องฝาก-ถอนเงินอัตโนมัติ (ADM) เช่น ไฟป้ายธนาคารไม่ติด ป้ายธนาคารหลุดชำรุด มีขยะบริเวณเครื่อง เป็นต้น
- ระบบจะส่งปัญหาไปแจ้งผู้ดูแลระบบแบบ Real-time
- ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถดู Tracking และ Export ข้อมูลได้ แบบ Real-time
