Great app. I was looking for an app just like this and ask veterinarians about my two cats. They have been getting sick a lot lately. But, I dread taking my cats to a vet. Urh.... This app just does the job. Perfect.
Glitches! Please fix!
As a veterinarian on this app, Im frustrated with the glitches that are preventing me from answering questions that people are paying for. For any customers that are not having your questions answered, contact customer service! Your veterinarian may be trying, but unable to answer you. Overall, this could be a great education platform for pet owners.
Fulfills a great niche, but needs some work
This app fulfills a great area of veterinary medicine that I think was needed, but I cant search for a specific vet I know is on here without scrolling through hundreds of other vets. Its hard to refer people to talk to a specific vet without going passed many other vet profiles. It would be nice to search by name, location, specialty, species they work on, language, etc. Also, the app logs you out of one device if you open the app on another. It would be nice to be logged on both devices. And for the app to be optimized for iPad. The app is brand new, so Im sure itll get better with time. And there are some Facebook continuity issues. But the concept is great to ask questions about pets that people may have that they may not necessarily need to go into a vet hospital for and pay the $50 exam fee just to walk in the door. Great thinking for this!

I got so much info from a $2 reply from a veterinarian. Totally saved me an expensive Sunday trip to the animal hospital. Real advice from real vets
